Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

At SaffronVerve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is not marked as final sale

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return
  2. You will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or customized items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
